[Keppel Internship Programme 2025] Intern, Enterprise Application (June - Dec 2025)

Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy and environment, urban development, and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. This role is within the Shared Services Centre IT team.

The intern will be responsible for:

• Assessing existing SAP and other application operation processes and recommending improvements.
• Ensuring compliance and supporting the annual audit exercise.
• Assisting in AMS weekly reporting to monitor aging tickets, team performance, and open tickets.
• Performing service requests (minor changes) and providing customer support based on standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Coordinating User Access Review for applications.
• Participating in system integration testing (SIT) and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements and projects.
• Providing global support, including facilitating discussions with China users (if Chinese speaking).

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business IT, or IT Security.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills with business users are a plus.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP and Concur is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in Intranet is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, .NET, K2, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure is a plus.
