Three distinct assessment stages on top of the application form mean a candidate is committing several weeks per programme, and because LSEG reviews on a rolling basis the earliest submissions move through the loop before later ones do.

LSEG's graduate and internship programmes hub lists four early-careers tracks for the current cycle:

• Graduate Programme, Engineering/Tech: 12 months, start dates June to September 2026, hiring across India (Bengaluru/Hyderabad), Romania (Bucharest/Cluj), Sri Lanka (Colombo), Thailand (Bangkok), the UK (London/Nottingham) and the United States (New York); STEM degree required
• Graduate Programme, Business: 12 months, June to September 2026 start, hiring across Singapore, India (Bengaluru), Romania (Bucharest), the UK (London) and the United States (New York); any degree
• Internship Programme: open to penultimate-year students completing in summer 2027, with a June 2026 start in London and New York
• UK Apprenticeship: an 18-month accelerated development programme combining work and study

Both graduate tracks include an 8-week group project on a live business challenge. The engineering and business tracks recruit through separate routes, and the engineering track in particular is offered across six countries, so a candidate evaluating LSEG is choosing both a function and an office geography upfront, not just a stream.
