Raymond James' Students and Early Careers recruiting offers five distinct routes:

• Summer Internship Program: a roughly 10-week summer experience for current students with eleven named tracks covering Finance, Capital Markets, Information Technology, Accounting, Marketing, Raymond James Bank, Risk Management, Operations, Raymond James Investment Management, Human Resources, and the Financial Advisor Branches (internships page)
• Sophomore Opportunities: targeted programs for second-year undergraduates
• Full-Time Opportunities: structured graduate roles with cohort training and exposure to firm leadership
• MBA Opportunities: the Assistant to the Chair, Executive Strategy Program, placing MBA candidates alongside senior firm leaders
• European Opportunities: a separate channel for early-career roles in London, Munich, and Frankfurt, handled through the European careers team rather than the U.S. Workday board

The internships page states applications are considered on a rolling basis, and the Investment Banking and Equity Research student tracks sit under the Global Equities & Investment Banking student family. The eleven tracks cover very different functions, so an applicant has to make an early decision about which corner of the firm – corporate, technology, advisory branches, capital markets – to apply into, and a candidate also pursuing European roles is running two parallel pipelines on two separate application systems.

Three things shape the early-career experience here:
