The flagship U.S. offering is a 10-week Summer Internship for penultimate-year undergraduates, with the firm posting a Summer Analyst Program cycle each year through its careers channels. Insurance roles are posted separately under Global Atlantic, KKR's wholly-owned insurance arm. Because openings span private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate, capital markets and insurance under one firm, an applicant has to pick which business line and which geography they are applying into before they apply – there is no single "KKR" application that covers them all.

The January 2024 completion of the Global Atlantic acquisition made insurance a meaningful early-career destination in its own right, not just a sleeve of the asset-management business. That cross-asset breadth is the structural fact a candidate has to work with: a KKR application is a choice between a buy-side investing seat (private equity, infrastructure, credit, real estate) and an insurance or capital-markets seat, and those tracks recruit and interview separately.
