The programmes
Caxton runs a 10-week Summer Internship Programme, with the 2026 cohort listed as 22 June – 28 August 2026.
The programme opens with "Fundamental's Week", an introduction to hedge-fund asset classes and business functions, then assigns each intern to a team for the remaining nine weeks; function tracks posted for the 2026 cycle included Technology, Quant Development and Data, Quantitative Analytics, Product Control, Middle Office, and Legal, in London. Applications for the 2026 cycle are now closed and the firm states the 2027 cycle will open in early 2027. A 10-week summer block is one continuous commitment, so a candidate treats it as that season's principal internship rather than running it in parallel with another firm's programme.
