Unlike a bank graduate scheme that may rotate through several desks before specialising, the Graduate Trader posting frames the role as taking trading responsibility within the first year alongside professionals from both traditional finance and crypto. Two structural features matter when comparing this against bank or hedge fund grad programmes: the firm trades a single asset class (digital assets) across spot, options, NDFs and stablecoin swaps rather than the multi-asset breadth of a TradFi rotation, and the grad intake is in single digits per cycle rather than the hundreds at a bulge-bracket bank, so peer cohort and internal visibility look very different.
