Your Team, Your Impact

As an Analog IC Design Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. If you picture Marvell as a wheel, Central Engineering is the center hub providing IP to be used by all the other spokes on that wheel, including Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking. You’ll be part of a small analog team making a big impact on this organization. Additionally, Marvell has the perfect size and scale for you to learn several aspects of engineering that will be new to you, but also have the time and freedom to dive deep into the details of your specialization on most projects.

What You Can Expect

As an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Intern, you will play a critical role in the development of advanced CMOS transceiver and SerDes, D2D, DDR products.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and understanding circuit specifications and system-level requirements.
• Helping on design and implementation of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, including PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, voltage regulators, amplifiers, transmitters (TX), receivers (RX), and clock/data recovery (CDR) circuits.
• Performing detailed circuit-level simulations and design verification using industry-standard EDA tools to ensure functionality, performance, and robustness.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including digital design, layout, and validation—to ensure seamless integration and successful tape-out.
• Participating in design reviews, maintaining thorough documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design methodologies and flows.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IC Design or similar.
• Understanding of analog circuit fundamentals and semiconductor device physics.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, curious, and eager to learn.
• Strong knowledge of IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Python, etc.
• Strong team-player with solid communication skills.
