What You Will Be Doing

Your essential responsibilities will include:

• Learn from the Best: Gain insight into the diverse roles of insurance professionals across underwriting.
• Hands-On Experience: Contribute to meaningful, cross-functional projects that culminate in a final presentation to Senior Leadership.
• Discover Our Business: Develop a thorough understanding of AXA XL’s Wholesale business, retail insurance, and reinsurance operations.
• Network & Grow: Connect with leaders and technical specialists company-wide through organized events, activities, and daily interactions.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work in a highly collaborative environment that actively encourages entrepreneurial thinking and creative problem-solving.

Compensation Note: The U.S. hourly compensation offering for this position is USD $25.00/hr. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
