Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualization, testing/prototyping, assessment, project management, and implementation of group-wide innovation projects involving emerging technologies.
• Tech scouting – understanding global business requirements and identification of emerging technologies and engaging international start-up communities.
• Research on emerging technological/industry trends, and support of internal process improvement initiatives involving the use of technology.
• Drive internal innovation culture (e.g., rollout of global communication platforms, communication materials for idea challenges, logistics for internal meetings, etc.).

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Analyst, Business, Hospitality, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Analytical individual with attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player and self-starter.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work or academic experience in the following areas will be an advantage: project management roles, hospitality, mobile app development, RPA development, Business.
