Job Responsibilities

• Continuous development of the Franchise toolkit.
• Following up with and integrating toolkits from various functional departments to ensure they are seamless and tailored to franchisees.
• For China and Global, curation and content organization to optimize user experience and development of new sites for new brands.
• Maintenance and update of the Franchise Portal site.
• Ensuring resources from functional departments in the portal, such as franchise manuals and user guides, are up to date.
• Maintaining the list of users and user access controls.
• Monitoring user feedback on the portal and implementing initiatives to improve user experience and navigation.
• Assisting in driving the AI Chatbot project on the portal, including conducting testing and providing feedback and direction for the project.
• Communication and implementation/test bedding of new initiatives with global country teams, especially in China and Europe.
• Curation and preparation of content for franchisees in the learning management system.
• Assisting in the implementation of the new franchise audit and audit system globally, and tracking audit results and follow-ups.
• Preparing systems/templates for regular review of franchisee performance.
• Researching competitor franchise offerings, market practices, and trends.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Business Analytics, Real Estate, or Hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• IT background/tech-savvy preferred.
