Specialist, Client Coverage

Role Summary

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting new business development across a portfolio of existing client relationships and/or new prospects, focusing on revenue growth by deepening existing relationships and cultivating new opportunities.
• Delivering high-quality client service through research, analytics, internal coordination, and timely follow-up to ensure client and deal information is accurate, complete, and up to date in reporting platforms.
• Assisting more experienced staff in optimizing client relationships, managing deal evaluations, and documenting pricing, contract terms, and other commercial considerations to align client needs with the firm’s objectives and risk appetite.
• Partnering closely with client service, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to support risk management, compliance activities, and the seamless execution of business development and relationship management initiatives.
• Maintaining tracking databases, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance, and supporting the development of accurate reporting and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Contributing to cross-functional collaboration across the firm, remaining intellectually curious about product offerings, and supporting the delivery of solutions that meet client needs and drive organic growth within the assigned portfolio.
• Supporting senior colleagues in fostering constructive client feedback loops and achieving incremental revenue and asset growth goals across assigned accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates with:

• A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (advanced or graduate degree preferred).
• 0–2 years of total work experience preferred, ideally with exposure to financial services, client-facing roles, sales support, global capital markets, or product management.
• A preference for an understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape, and industry drivers in the applicable region.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to support reporting, data management, and client service activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Bi-lingual capabilities are helpful, as is an understanding of local and cultural nuances important for building client trust.
• A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support a solutions-oriented, client-focused approach.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees may also receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
