As an Associate Banker, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, utilizing cutting-edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role is integral to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted client relationships by sharing product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by providing attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, leveraging a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients in, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance, as well as opening new accounts, while strictly complying with all policies, procedures, and banking regulations.
• Educate and assist clients with daily banking transactions, demonstrating the use of technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge, partnering with team members to achieve financial goals.
• Perform essential branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn new products, services, and procedures.
• Prior client service experience or comparable professional experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluency in reading and speaking both English and Mandarin is required.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Experience in cash handling.
