Service Consultant

The Role

As a Service Consultant in our Specialist Customer Support team, you’ll support members and their families at moments that really matter. You’ll offer calm, clear guidance when supporting personal representatives with bereavement notifications or helping families understand the Power of Attorney registration process.

Working Hours

This role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday in every three. You’ll receive time off in lieu during the week for Saturday working.

Hybrid Working

At Nationwide, we offer hybrid working wherever possible. Our approach brings colleagues together across our UK-wide estate while supporting generous access to home working. We value time in the office to solve problems, learn and feel connected.

You’ll be located at your nearest regional office or hub. You’ll need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration and, in some locations, be expected to spend at least two days a week in the office. If you work part time, this will be 40% of your working time. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details.
