Intern, Data Analyst

Join our IT team in Singapore as a Data Analyst Intern. You will gain hands-on experience working with data assets, reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives designed to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources to support business analysis.
• Support data analysis to identify basic trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business improvement.
• Assist in creating useful reports, dashboards, charts, and simple visualizations to present findings clearly.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business questions.
• Help automate simple data gathering and reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
• Learn and apply best practices in data quality, data cleansing, and analytics documentation.
• Stay current on new data technologies and contribute ideas to support innovation in analytics.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Technical Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic experience with SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Java).
• Experience or strong interest in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to tell a story through data and present recommendations clearly.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
