About the O&P NET Team

The O&P NET (Non-Executive Talent) team:

• Ensures Temasek Portfolio Companies (TPCs) are guided and led by competent, well-constructed and future-ready boards that can navigate a challenging and uncertain environment.
• Identifies, tracks and engages with an extended board-ready talent network to support existing and emerging requirements across the Temasek ecosystem.
• Identifies, engages and manages the Temasek Advisory Network, acting as the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner for this population. The Advisory Network spans regional panels and advisors who may support investment due diligence work.

You will be a member of the NET team, helping to roll out the next milestone of our Talent Database system and supporting the integration of AI into daily workflows. You will work with tools such as Microsoft Agentic Suite, including Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau, Snowflake Cortex Agent and other SaaS solutions to drive productivity, insights, excellence and improved outcomes.

Responsibilities

Data Analyst

• Build new AI and machine learning use cases to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Use data analytics to explore, innovate and provide insights.
• Support data governance by tracking and monitoring data quality and maintaining the data dictionary.
• Support reporting and analytics.
• Participate in NET function and process reimagination to drive institutional outcomes.
• Create and deploy agents to improve and streamline all facets of the NET function, including reporting, data analytics, and portfolio company and board talent research and analysis.

Development Opportunities

The incumbent will have opportunities to:

• Gain experience in robotic process automation (RPA), Power Automate, Tableau and Snowflake Cortex, and in working with SaaS data clouds such as Snowflake.
• Gain knowledge in driving process alignment, eliciting user requirements, process documentation, testing and deploying a CRM and talent database.
• Gain experience in creating agents and driving agentic AI implementation across team processes.
• Gain exposure to and an appreciation of talent management issues involving boards and the C-suite in leading global corporations, including governance, talent engagement and assessment.

Requirements

• Technical familiarity with developing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Agentic Suite, including Power Automate, UiPath, Tableau and Snowflake Cortex Agent.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience maintaining and updating databases and working with extensive datasets.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a similar discipline.
• IT skills in Python, R, Excel VBA and SQL, with proficiency in using search engines and databases and performing web scraping.
• Good communication skills.
• Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining and updating reports and dashboards in a timely manner.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Highly professional and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding projects and HR information.
