Introduction

The Community Stewardship (CS) department supports Temasek’s role as a Trusted Steward and is responsible for activating impactful community contributions towards our objectives of connecting people, uplifting communities, protecting the planet and advancing capabilities in Singapore and beyond.

Reporting to the Director/Vice President, Community Stewardship, this position supports the team in its strategy and engagement work, including the development and execution of Temasek’s community contributions strategy and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review Community Stewardship knowledge management practices, including creating and maintaining data tools to support analytics for engagement management (CRM), Singapore and international donations tracking, and impact measurement.
• Undertake research projects on corporate philanthropy and developments in the impact sector, such as AI for impact measurement and Tech4Good.
• Support the identification, development and organisation of learning programmes for the CS team, such as talks, brown-bag sessions and team training.
• Support the annual Temasek Community Network (TCN) Forum and TCN Workshops, including general event planning and forum coordination, as well as year-round management of TPC engagement bilateral meetings.
• Support the CS team in new and existing activities. These activities comprise short-term and longer-term initiatives that require interns on a continuous rotational basis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management and Analytics, Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Public Policy or related fields
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail
• High adaptability and flexibility in responding to process changes
• Excellent team player and communicator, with strong written and oral presentation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills on the fly
