Internship in Internal Communications

This internship position supports the Internal Communications function within Public Affairs, focusing on digital content development, internal storytelling, and employee engagement. The role will contribute to written and visual communications, including stories, videos, graphics, and animations, supporting internal engagement campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Gather, produce, and write company/staff news, blogs, and Q&A features, collaborating with the Public Affairs Digital Newsroom team for external publication. This may involve interviewing internal teams and stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and develop original short and medium-format video content for internal platforms, aligning with institutional narrative themes and tailored to specific internal audiences.
• Create and develop illustrations through infographics and animations to support corporate and institutional narratives using a digital storytelling lens.
• Support the planning and execution of internal engagement initiatives and campaigns, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage projects to ensure timely progress and completion.

Requirements

• Open to undergraduates in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Students from other disciplines with a strong interest in public affairs and communications are also welcome to apply.
• Demonstrable experience developing shareable corporate and social video, animations, or infographics is a plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in using Generative AI and AI tools to drive productivity and process efficiency.
• Must be able to commit full-time from January/February to July 2027 (6 months) while remaining enrolled in a recognized university.
