HR Data Insights Analyst

We are seeking a curious, analytical, and commercially minded HR Data Insights Analyst to join our HR Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about translating data into meaningful insights and playing a key role in enhancing our people analytics capability across the Group. Working at the intersection of HR, technology, and business strategy, you will transform complex workforce data into engaging dashboards and actionable insights that guide leaders in making informed decisions.

You will leverage cutting-edge tools including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Dayforce to build a trusted, scalable analytics environment and drive a more data-led culture across the business.

What You Will Do

As the HR Data Insights Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and develop impactful Power BI dashboards to provide meaningful workforce insights.
  • Utilize Microsoft Fabric to integrate, transform, and model HR data from multiple sources.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze workforce trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear recommendations and decision support.
  • Improve data quality by developing robust validation processes, governance standards, and reporting controls.
  • Build scalable data models and self-service reporting solutions that empower stakeholders.
  • Present complex data in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support key people-data initiatives, including the ongoing Dayforce rollout and wider HR transformation programs.

What We Are Looking For

We are interested in candidates who possess the following:

  • Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong Excel and general analytical skills.
  • An understanding of HR systems and people data, including headcount, FTE, organizational structures, and workforce reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Dayforce would be advantageous, but we welcome candidates with strong analytical capabilities and a strong desire to learn.
