Position Overview
Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking an Associate to join its Brand Experience team. This is a hands-on opportunity for an organized, resourceful professional who is eager to learn and excited to support high-impact events that elevate the brand and deepen relationships with influencers, media, and clients.
Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Experience, the Associate will support the planning and execution of events, activations, VIP experiences, gifting initiatives, and related projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day planning and execution of events, activations, VIP experiences, and gifting initiatives.
- Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, guest lists, invitations, venue details, transportation, catering, supplies, and on-site needs.
- Support the development of event and activation production schedules, contact lists, run-of-show documents, and other event materials.
- Assist with vendor and agency coordination, including scheduling, deliverables, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Partner with internal teams, including VIP, Marketing, Creative Studio, and Loyalty, to gather information and keep projects moving.
- Support on-site event setup, guest experience, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Manage gifting logistics, including research, ordering, inventory, packaging, shipping, and delivery tracking.
- Track expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate, up-to-date budget documents.
- Assist with presentation materials, research, and event recaps.
- Ensure event details and materials reflect the Fanatics Betting & Gaming brand.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the team and role evolve.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in events, hospitality, marketing, client service, production, or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and dependable, with a willingness to ask questions and learn on the job.
- Willingness to support both behind-the-scenes planning and on-site execution.
- Strong judgment and professionalism when working with guests, partners, and sensitive information.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
- Interest in events, hospitality, sports, entertainment, fashion, or luxury experiences is a plus.
Additional Expectations
- Work four days per week in the New York City office.
- Occasional travel for off-site events.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends around key events.
Interview and Onboarding
Depending on the role, the interview and onboarding experience may include in-person components, such as on-site interviews or Launching into Better: LIVE, a multiday cultural immersion in New York City for full-time, non-seasonal hires. Specific travel and participation requirements will be confirmed based on the role and location.
Salary Range
$70,000–$85,000 USD
Salary ranges vary based on the employee’s country and state of residence and the applicable Fanatics Betting & Gaming geographical compensation zone. The applicable zone will be confirmed when an offer is made.
