City Manager Intern

About the Role

We are hiring a part-time City Manager Intern to support our New York operations and help manage day-to-day logistics for our marketing campaigns.

You will work directly with Brand Ambassadors, handle campaign materials, and help keep daily operations organized and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What’s Oppizi

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. We’ve built technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer three channels: Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via the national post service). We operate in 10+ countries, with major locations including Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada.

We work with flagship accounts such as UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others.

Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador Support

• Assist Brand Ambassadors during material pickups at the office
• Distribute flyers and campaign materials
• Help coordinate pickup flow to keep operations efficient

Inventory & Logistics

• Organize and manage marketing inventory
• Prepare materials for upcoming shifts
• Track materials and support campaign readiness

Office Operations

• Maintain an organized workspace
• Support day-to-day office logistics
• Assist the operations team with basic administrative tasks

Position Details

• Part-time role (2–3 days per week)
• 3-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent/full-time
• On-site role in NYC
• Pay: $20 USD/hour
• Hands-on experience supporting real marketing operations
• Work closely with the operations team
