Main Task

• Operate equipment.
• Carry materials to load and unload for machines processing.
• Operate multiple machines.
• Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties.
• Provide machine coverage during breaks.
• Log machines accurately.
• Monitor and be aware of equipment performance discrepancies, and communicate them promptly to your Lead.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within your scope of work.

Ensure Quality of Process and Product

• Run equipment according to current process specifications (e.g., procedures, change notifications, etc.).
• Organize your own workstation and ensure 6S.
• Suggest improvements to enhance quality and safety.

Complete Certification and Recertification

• Actively participate in assigned on-the-job and other required training; ask questions to increase knowledge and abilities.
• Complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities.

Communication

• Receive and understand pass-downs, providing clear, accurate, and detailed pass-downs.
• Seek and provide feedback to leadership, coworkers, and support groups to make positive changes in performance.
• Offer suggestions for improvements when appropriate.
• Always seek clarification when in doubt.

Contribute to a Safe and Compliant Work Environment

• Identify and promptly report hazards.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Use accurate lifting techniques and work in an ergonomically manner.

Requirements

• Qualification: Preferably GCE N/O level or SPM equivalent with a Pass in English Language.
• Ability to understand, read, and speak basic conversational English.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts with biweekly rotation of day and night shifts.
