About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the People Sustainability team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The role aims to help you learn and apply practical knowledge of the business area, the company, and the industry—particularly in culture and engagement—to improve employee experience and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and enhancement of AIA's employee engagement app, as well as other internal communication and engagement channels, including the intranet, newsletters, and digital platforms, to foster employee engagement and communication.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to source content updates and coordinate the delivery of employee communications and engagement initiatives across the intranet, engagement app, newsletters, and other internal communication channels.
• Assist in consolidating and analysing engagement metrics and usage data to support reporting and identify opportunities to enhance employee experience.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing, sustainability, and community initiatives, with a particular focus on corporate social responsibility (CSR), volunteering programs, and community partnerships.
• Provide support to other projects and initiatives as assigned.
