What Will You Do?

• Work directly with Capital Markets groups to assist with identifying and solving complex issues facing financial markets today.
• Analyze business requirements; create designs; develop, code, and translate them into innovative, on-desk, actionable solutions.
• Own an end-to-end solution for your given business line to enable efficiencies and innovative thinking in your department.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have

• Working towards a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline, and maintaining academic excellence.
• In-depth programming knowledge of one of the following languages: Python, Java, C#, C/C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and a desire to present outcomes to stakeholders.
