Advisor Summer Intern, Global Private Bank (Private Banking)

This individualized attention supports clients’ unique goals and helps build, preserve, and manage their wealth over time.
As an Advisor Summer Intern in the Global Private Bank, you will have what you need to succeed—training and mentorship from senior executives, along with projects that engage all your skills. As a future Advisor, you will work with a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing ones. The work involves delivering highly customized and comprehensive solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth. Because no client has identical goals, understanding unique needs and tailoring approaches to exceed expectations requires collaboration across teams and the firm to provide first-class service.
Our nine-week program kicks off with a week of induction, including training and orientation to our businesses, along with the technical and practical knowledge you need to start contributing to your teams. The Summer Internship Program is designed to help you build client relationships and make meaningful contributions with customized wealth management solutions. You will work in a collaborative, supportive environment, and your diverse perspective will help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.
- Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists; learn about the business and clients while building your own expertise throughout the summer.
- Collaborate with various teams, including market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams, to conduct research and analysis, develop products, and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.
- Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and ongoing events to grow your professional network.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Expected graduation year: January 2028 to July 2028.
- In your penultimate year of study.
- Highly driven and able to work in teams to develop complex solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Desire to ultimately work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Highly inquisitive, focused, and considerate.
- Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
