The Business

WTW (Integrated and Global Solutions - IGS) operates in the global marketplace where multinational companies face varying business, cultural, language, and regulatory environments. The IGS team consists of international and regional consultants who help clients navigate multi-country or multi-line-of-business complexity.

In particular, we help large organizations develop complex solutions—often global/cross-border—for the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight, and monitoring of benefit and compensation programs worldwide. These solutions are designed to meet the needs of both local and headquarter management, working closely with local offices across geographies and with subject matter experts in other segments.

Internship Overview

As an intern, you will be assigned to various client teams to assist in providing consulting advice and services to multinational companies related to retirement, health and welfare, and broader benefits and compensation issues for their global operations. You will serve as a resource for associates and consultants by performing intricate aspects of client work.

You will gain immediate exposure to real client assignments, applying your imagination and creativity alongside your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while working in a close-knit environment with a team of experts.
