2027 Actuarial Internship, Retirement, Hong Kong (Part time / Full Time)

The Business

WTW is a leading actuarial consulting firm providing services to the majority of multinational companies, large local-based companies, and the public sector in Hong Kong and Macau. Our work supports retirement schemes, including actuarial valuations in accordance with applicable accounting standards and local funding requirements, population projection, cost analysis, and asset-liability modelling.

We also help clients manage retirement programs using innovative approaches to develop and implement strategies that strengthen competitiveness or support desired harmonisation in the event of mergers and acquisitions. Our consultants use sophisticated tools, in-depth research, and creative thinking to advise clients on scheme design and strategy, funding, investment, provider review, governance, change management, and employee communications.

The Role

You will gain real work exposure to client assignments, working with a team of experienced consulting staff. You may be involved in:

• Retirement plan actuarial valuations and liability modelling
• Retirement plan design and review
• Valuations of share-based compensation programs
• Ad-hoc consulting projects

The internship is available on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability.
