Role Summary
Diligent is seeking Advisory Specialists I (Risk & Audit) to join our growing Professional Services team.
In this role, you will execute and deliver solutions in response to managed services requests from customers. As a subject matter expert in Diligent’s solutions, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and an exceptional client experience.
This role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Visa sponsorship is not available, so applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
Candidates based in one of our office locations within Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand are expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time in line with our hybrid working policy. For candidates based elsewhere within these countries, where we do not have an office, remote working arrangements will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Professional Services across the full customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle
- Assist Professional Services management, Customer Success, and other stakeholders (as appropriate), including Sales, Product, Product Marketing, or Marketing, across different stages of the customer lifecycle
- Leverage domain, industry, and product expertise to guide customers on solution rollout and project execution best practices
- Continue developing domain and product expertise through continuous learning and personal development
- Lead implementation end-to-end independently, including engagement with the customer
- Work with clients to understand program goals and how they collect/process data
- Use Diligent methodology to configure and implement the product to enable customer adoption
- Provide guidance on product best practices and usage to achieve strong outcomes
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the implementation journey
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of contracted services
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure new service requests are handled appropriately or routed to the correct teams
Qualifications (Essentials)
- Approximately 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role
- Customer First mindset, operating with urgency, excellence, and accountability to customer outcomes and experiences
- Good understanding of—or willingness to learn—GRC disciplines such as governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, or information security
- Ability to learn Diligent products and apply product/domain knowledge to customer requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including support for presentations and workshops
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Passion for GRC (governance, audit, compliance, internal controls, information security, etc.)

Nice to Have
- Experience with GRC and/or analytics tools
- Experience with platform-based products/solutions
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant area (e.g., Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting and Audit, Compliance Management, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS)
- Relevant professional GRC accreditation (planned, in progress, or obtained), e.g., CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, etc.
