Client Transactions Coordinator

As a Client Transactions Coordinator at Newmark, you will be embedded within a dedicated client account team and provide tactical, day-to-day support across real estate transactions, occupancy activities, and lease compliance. This role is full-time and onsite at the client’s New York office (not a Newmark office). You will work directly alongside the client’s team and coordinate closely with Newmark’s internal teams to keep documentation, reporting, and portfolio tasks accurate and on schedule.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional early in their real estate or lease administration career who wants hands-on exposure to a large corporate account and a clear path to grow into a Transaction Manager or Account Manager role.
