Customer Accountabilities

  • Orchestrate the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone), serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
  • Serve as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
  • Create personalized, client-first interactions that build trust from initial engagement and strengthen ongoing relationships.

Shareholder Accountabilities

  • Maintain compliance when completing operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations to minimize risk and protect clients.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact in safeguarding the integrity of the client relationship by operating in compliance with AML laws and regulatory requirements, accurately verifying client identification, maintaining data integrity, and following established authentication and documentation standards.
  • Identify potential discrepancies, material changes, or risk indicators and escalate appropriately in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Act in accordance with TD’s code of conduct and ethical standards in every decision.
  • Protect TD’s clients, colleagues, and the bank—do the right thing, own it, raise it, know it.
