Marketing Practice
The Marketing Practice at BNY empowers teams across the enterprise to partner alongside clients. We help drive growth and shape BNY's story and brand presence through strategic campaigns and equip leaders and employees with tools to be brand advocates. We manage the brand narrative via media outreach, foster employee engagement, and deliver content across platforms.
As part of the summer internship program, you could be placed on one of the following teams based on business need and previous experience:

What you will do
- Support marketing initiatives that help drive growth, strengthen BNY’s brand, and enhance how the firm connects with clients and employees.
- Assist with the development of campaigns, content, and communications delivered across channels and platforms.
- Contribute to projects that support brand storytelling, media outreach, employee engagement, and audience-focused marketing strategies.
- Gain exposure to a range of marketing teams, which may include product marketing, client segment marketing, integrated marketing, brand and creative, digital, demand generation, market intelligence, and marketing strategy.

Summer Internship Program

Program eligibility
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
