Job Summary
As a Junior Producer, you will produce market-leading shoots from pre-production through to post-production and delivery of assets ready for the ASOS website. You will support the Shoot Producer team by keeping Shoot Guides up to date and overseeing the resolution of image transfers, alt image requests, and retail queries. You will act as a central point of contact with a positive, “can do” attitude, a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pre-plan and produce shoots for the day, including tackling shoot list issues and resolving them with Shoot Operations.
- Check for reasons behind any flagged reshoots to ensure reshoot imagery is correct.
- Lead the morning Shoot Briefing with the Shoot Team to clearly set expectations for the day.
- Ensure shoot guides are followed and provide clarity to shoot teams in a timely manner.
- Quality check images to ensure they align with the shoot guides.
- Complete an average of 75% of your shoot through to “Ready for Live” by the end of the day, ensuring the remaining 25% is completed or appropriately addressed the following morning.
- Own the US stock image transfer process, including uploading brand images until samples are shot in studios.
- Coordinate on-site connections for Mix & Match Skus to support ease of customer shopping.
- Resolve daily email queries from Retail teams.
- Oversee the Alt Image Request Log and use it to inform the team of key items to watch.
- Upload supplier imagery to the site when required.
- Keep all shoot guides consistently up to date and aligned with current benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure imagery is product-focused and on brand.
- Establish clear communication within the department and wider business to complete duties efficiently.
- Ensure image assets are continuously uploaded to meet the department KPI.
- Set the pace of the day and achieve your shoot target.
- Curate a shoot preview at the end of each day to share with the department.
- Work closely with all Shoot Producers to successfully deliver the department strategy.
- Ensure efficient resolution of studio queries and emails.
- Raise any legal and corporate responsibility concerns.
- Maintain a professional and productive working environment.
- Build strong relationships across the business, including close collaboration with Shoot Operations, Retail, and Post-Production teams.
- Participate in training and development initiatives while consistently demonstrating the ASOS behaviours policy.
- Provide constructive feedback on challenges encountered throughout the day.
- Stay up to date with relevant trends and how they relate to ASOS.
- Demonstrate and maintain a professional presence in and around the business.
- Develop your creative knowledge to keep shoots relevant and aspirational.
- Champion ASOS ABCs and demonstrate strong brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in fashion eCommerce or a fashion background.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships internally.
- Self-motivated with willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of catwalk and street style trends, with the ability to translate these to the ASOS customer.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to change effectively while embracing ASOS Studio culture.
- Team player qualities—eager to learn and able to grasp new information quickly.
