Intern Responsibilities

As an intern, you will get the opportunity to:

• Support project teams working with corporate clients to understand and prioritize challenges and growth opportunities
• Support market research and user immersion to identify key pain points and unmet needs
• Contribute to the ideation of new products, services, and business models
• Support the definition of key features and functionalities of solutions
• Bring proposed solutions or business models to life through user personas and journey mapping
• Support the product development process by writing user stories, test scripts, and performing user testing across mobile apps and web platforms
• Contribute to the design and strategy of pilots and launches of new products and services
