Internship Responsibilities

• Support project teams working with corporate clients to understand and prioritize challenges and growth opportunities.
• Support market research and user immersion to identify key pain points and unmet needs.
• Contribute to the ideation of new products, services, and business models.
• Support the definition of key features and functionalities of solutions.
• Bring the proposed solution or business model to life through user personas and journey mapping.
• Support the product development process by writing user stories, test scripts, and performing user testing across mobile apps and web platforms.
• Provide input into the design and strategy of pilots and launches of new products and services.
