Tax Reimagined Intern

As an intern within the Tax Reimagined team, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to technology-enabled solutions across our tax practice. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will support the design, implementation, and management of tax technology solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with teams, gaining hands-on experience, and applying your skills to help optimize tax processes and leverage data analytics for insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing tax technology solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and technology experts across cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology integration and automation in the tax practice.
• Analyze client tax processes and challenges to propose innovative, technology-driven solutions.
• Support data gathering and analysis using tools such as SQL and Alteryx to help improve data integrity and accuracy.
• Contribute to the use of visual analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or others to generate insights.
• Support the implementation and integration of tax technology tools across various areas of the tax practice.
• Conduct research to stay updated on tax regulations, industry trends, and emerging tax technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in tax technology, data analytics, or a related field.
• Eagerness to learn data analytics tools for data gathering and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and assist with client interactions.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
