Job Description Summary

Provide outstanding customer service while preparing loan agreements for a portfolio of agents. Use creativity and good judgment to provide the best possible quotes while minimizing risk and maximizing profit to FIRST.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare quotes as needed for assigned agents within a given region(s)
• Approve quotes up to a maximum amount financed of $750,000
• Accept inbound phone calls from agents and provide outstanding customer service
• Respond to and handle all emails in a timely fashion while providing outstanding customer service
• Monitor volume for assigned agents within the portfolio and take proactive measures to protect and grow volume as appropriate

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of insurance or industry experience
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with clients
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• General computer skills
• High school degree or equivalent
• Onsite position in Islandia, NY

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.00 - $31.25, along with eligibility to earn a quarterly incentive. Actual salaries may vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
