Overview of Role

Global Markets Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Access Coordinator to support the planning and execution of the firm’s corporate access conference franchise and investor engagement activities. This role will play a central part in delivering best-in-class conferences, roadshows, management meetings, and investor events by coordinating logistics, managing event technology platforms, and partnering with Corporate Access, Sales, Research, and corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong project management skills, and have 1–3 years of experience supporting conferences, events, financial markets, or client-facing operations.

The successful candidate will help oversee all aspects of conference execution, including meeting scheduling, attendee management, venue coordination, travel logistics, event communications, conference technology platforms, branded merchandise procurement, and on-site support. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with institutional investors, public company management teams, and internal stakeholders while contributing to one of the firm’s key client engagement channels.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Research, Corporate Access, and Event Management teams to deliver high-quality conferences that strengthen corporate and institutional client relationships.
  • Assist in all aspects of coordinating investor conferences, including venue logistics, meeting schedules, company and investor registrations, travel arrangements, and on-site execution.
  • Assist in creation of conference communications, including invitations, confirmations, marketing materials, attendee updates, and post-event follow-up.
  • Develop expertise in and actively utilize conference management platforms to coordinate attendee registration, meeting scheduling, event communications, reporting, and post-conference analysis.
  • Manage the procurement and logistics of conference swag, promotional materials, and branded merchandise for investors, corporate management teams, and event participants.
  • Support on-site conference execution by managing registration desks, meeting room logistics, speaker coordination, and resolving real-time operational issues.
  • Track conference participation metrics, collect client feedback, and provide post-event analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and future event enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate conference records and meeting data within CRM systems and internal reporting platforms.

Education and Qualifications

  • BS or BA mandatory; finance/economics concentration preferred.
  • 1–3 years of financial industry experience, ideally with a focus or exposure to financial markets.
  • Experience in a similar role supporting front office Trading & Sales beneficial.
  • Confident using Microsoft software packages including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to liaise with clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, numerate, reliable, and conscientious.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
