As a Summer Intern within PNC's C&IB Financials & Diversified organization, you will be based across the PNC footprint.

Program Overview
As a PNC Intern, you will participate in a “best-in-class” internship program. During this 10-week program, you will gain exposure to one or multiple specific lines of business, expand the tools you need to launch your career, and complement your education with real-world job experience.
Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) offers strategic insight and financial solutions for businesses, organizations, municipalities, and nonprofits throughout the United States and internationally.
The Corporate Banking – Financials and Diversified track provides broad exposure to business units within C&IB, structured development on-the-job, and formal classroom learning. Interns possess strong problem-solving ability, interest in mastering complex products, a strong work ethic, and a highly competitive nature.

- Financial Institutions Group – Serves and advises clients with industry expertise in Insurance, Diversified Financial Institutions, Leasing and Transportation Finance, and Fintech.

The Corporate Banking – Financials and Diversified track is a 10-week experience designed to introduce you to the foundational and transferable skills required to navigate a successful career in banking. Financials and Diversified interns will gain exposure to PNC’s product set to excel in analytics, credit, relationship management, sales, and financial modeling.
Interns will support a variety of businesses at PNC, as well as a growing national franchise. While an intern, you will cover and support a specific region and sit in one of PNC’s hub locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Houston, TX; New York, NY; and Pittsburgh, PA. Not all segments are available in all locations.
Job Profile
Participates as an intern in the PNC summer internship program.
- Supports the core activities of the client team and line of business by applying knowledge to drive business results (e.g., deal, sales, process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
- Participates in social learning within the organization (e.g., identifies and networks with business representatives and peers, participates in mentoring, job shadowing, and community outreach).
- Participates in a structured program that includes some classroom learning and a case study.
Required Education and Experience
- Working toward bachelor’s degree, with preferred business-relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences).
- Junior status.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $18.00 – $35.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and on individual skills, experience, and education.
