We aim to operate all wealth management activities on the same platform, regardless of the business line (advisory, discretionary, for banks and IAMs, and later on Institutional Management, multi-family offices, etc.). Today, we deliver a full-featured application for advisors from dozens of major banks.

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial services business development. You will be the primary operator of an AI-powered outreach engine designed to identify and engage key decision-makers at banks across the region—replicating and improving upon a model previously managed by a third-party contractor.

Working directly with the Sales organization, you will use AI tools to conduct deep research on target banks, identify the right contacts, generate highly personalized outreach messages, and manage the pipeline of responses. This is not a traditional internship: you will not be filing documents or formatting spreadsheets. You will build and run a live, revenue-generating outreach program from day one, with AI as your primary tool.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely curious about AI, has a commercial mindset, and can communicate credibly with senior banking professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Research and Contact Identification: Conduct parallel, large-scale research across a defined list of target banks to identify key decision-makers relevant to our business.
• Prospect Database Management: Maintain a clean, up-to-date prospect database organized by bank, region, and contact tier.
• Message Drafting and Quality Review: Work with the Sales team and use AI tools to generate personalized connection requests and follow-up messages for each identified contact.
• Outreach Execution and Inbox Management: Execute approved outreach campaigns while ensuring daily sending volumes remain within safe limits to protect the account.
• Pipeline Reporting and Optimization: Prepare a concise weekly pipeline report to track sales engagements.
• Process Documentation: Refine and document each step in a clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

You are a penultimate or final-year undergraduate student at a Singapore university, preferably studying Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Students from any faculty with a demonstrable interest and skills in AI and business development are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Attributes

• Commercial curiosity and technical comfort (no programming required), with genuine excitement about using AI tools to get things done.
• Clear, concise written communication in English, with the ability to tailor tone and content appropriately for senior banking audiences.
• Strong organization and self-direction, and comfort working with ambiguity—this role involves building something new rather than following a fully defined playbook.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent written English; able to draft professional, concise messages for senior audiences.
• AI Literacy: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, or similar); no coding required.
• Research Skills: Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and draw clear conclusions.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous review of AI-generated content before it reaches external parties.
• Commercial Awareness: Basic understanding of the banking sector and B2B relationship dynamics.
• LinkedIn: Active LinkedIn user with an understanding of professional networking norms.
