Lead Sales Associate, Small Business Development SG

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the supervisor to develop a business portfolio through loan acquisitions.
• Generate new leads and prospects through marketing calls, sales activities, and strategic tie-ups.
• Increase wallet share by providing service and understanding customers’ needs.
• Underwrite credit risk by identifying risk areas and mitigating factors.
• Ensure proper compliance with bank policies and processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of SME banking experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
