This is a remote position. To work effectively with the team, this role requires you to be located in the UK or Netherlands. At this time, Atlassian is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK or Netherlands without the need for sponsorship.
Your future team
Sales Development Representatives partner with Account Executives to build and develop the sales pipeline for Atlassian’s Mid-Market customer base while ensuring a delightful customer experience. This work is done in close coordination with Sales Operations and Marketing teams. You will report to a Sales Development Manager.
In this role, you will:
- Be accountable for outbound prospecting, quota carrying, and meeting conversion into pipeline
- Qualify customer business leads through proactive outreach and research
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with decision makers
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams to develop lead generation strategies
- Navigate objections through value-driven messaging
- Articulate the value proposition of Atlassian products to customers
- Establish communication and engagement with prospects
- Write relevant, personalized emails to delight customers
- Build your pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Advocates and Enterprise Marketing teams
- Work with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
Your background:
- Fluent in English and German
