Meet the Team

Platform Solutions is Millennium’s rapidly evolving organization that leverages technology to deliver proprietary intelligence and resources to our investment professionals at scale. Within the team, the Sector Specialist Origination Team fosters relationships and strengthens Millennium’s engagement with the management and investor relations teams of public companies. The team serves as a vital resource for Portfolio Management (PM) teams, enhancing their investment processes and analytical work. Interns will gather and analyze company and market data and information, attend company, expert, sell-side, and investment team meetings and discussions, and prepare analysis for companies and investment teams.

What You’ll Do

• Work collaboratively with Millennium’s Sector Specialist & Corporate Access Teams globally to centralize and execute originated corporate access activity, including in-house meetings, company visits, conferences, and conference calls
• Make proactive corporate access suggestions based on sector coverage to curate differentiated and enriching corporate access events and interactions
• Partner closely with other Millennium business areas including Global Syndicate, Corporate Access Strategy, Branding and Communications to advance Millennium’s overall corporate access, branding, and positioning efforts
• Implement and leverage technology solutions to document and enhance the management of originated corporate access interactions

What You Bring

• Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Expected GPA of 3.5 or above
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve research, workflow efficiency, and problem-solving, while maintaining strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Highly motivated with initiative and strong enthusiasm for investment analysis
• Excellent analytical, superior communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic; effective both independently and as a collaborative team player
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and take direction
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; skilled in data manipulation
• Able to think critically and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Intellectually curious and creative, seeking ongoing challenges and continuous improvement

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000, specific to New York, and may change in the future.
