About the Team

The Expert Call Services team in Singapore is composed of Analysts and Client Research Managers and plays a critical role in driving business growth across the APAC region. The team works closely with the GTM function to deliver exceptional results for clients by supporting their research needs.

The team is looking to grow substantially in 2026 and is seeking candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Role

Analyst Development Representatives are the driving force behind the transcripts on AlphaSense’s platform. This role helps foster a high-performance culture to redefine how investment research is done by connecting with industry experts, growing the content platform, and supporting innovation in the investment research/expert network industry.

Who You Are

• A track record of success in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar roles.
• Experience with and comfort using strategic sourcing and cold outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage with C-level executives.
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Persistence, drive, and a goal-focused mindset, owning projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source and prospect industry experts for customers on critical, time-sensitive projects.
• Creatively investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools.
• Contact top decision-makers and C-level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Connect investors with these decision-makers to help them make well-informed decisions.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
• Maximize earnings potential by exceeding quotas and staying ahead of monthly metrics.
• As you advance and master the role, you may have the opportunity to move into customer-facing account management, interacting daily with global institutional investors and hedge fund managers while leading project management and primary research efforts.
