Overview

Gallagher is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will lead efforts to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients. You will work closely with your team and clients to build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction adds value.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will manage client relationships and help ensure client needs are met, including:

• Lead the renewal process by compiling information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure proper coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely responses and strong customer service.
• Support your team in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems, including performing audits.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
• Mentor junior team members by providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional growth.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.

About You

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1+ years of client service and/or claims management experience; or a High School degree/GED with a minimum of 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience when priorities shift.
