About the Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative and client life cycle processing support to ensure effective and efficient operations and an excellent client experience. The role operates within a model managed centrally and embedded locally.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Manage client administration tasks with a focus on data accuracy, including onboarding, transfers, payments, account updates, closures, and estate administration.
- Provide operational support such as booking meeting rooms, processing expenses, and preparing meeting packs and correspondence.
- Assist with investigating and resolving client queries, referring any investment-related queries to the relevant team members.
- Communicate with clients as required, providing accurate and up-to-date information while working within information-giving limitations.
- Manage mass mailing communication processes, ensuring correspondence data is updated as required.
- Create and amend presentations or literature for client meetings.
- Maintain team diaries, arrange meetings, and organise travel.
- Take meeting minutes as required.
- Manage and file correspondence and records in a timely manner, ensuring all client correspondence is saved, filed, and archived appropriately within client files.
- Contribute to Client Service meetings, suggesting improvements to procedures.
- Share best working practices with other Client Service staff.
About you
- Some knowledge of the regulatory environment in which we operate is advantageous.
- Awareness of the products and services Rathbones provides.
- A demonstrable interest in an administration career, with evidence of proactively developing yourself.
- Experience working in a similar role within Financial Services is advantageous.
- Grades A–C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
