What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative at Docusign, you will qualify inbound leads by asking targeted questions to determine prospect needs and match them to opportunities for Account Executives. You will receive hands-on training focused on strategic selling and researching targeted accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound leads, determine propensity to buy, and forward strong leads to Sales Account Executives
• Share information about Docusign and ask questions about the prospect’s business intentions
• Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
• Record prospect information in the CRM database

Job Designation

Hybrid: You will divide your time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office (weekly expectation may vary by team).

What You Bring

• Basic BA/BS degree or relevant tertiary qualification
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong drive, resilience, and humility
• Inquisitive mindset with the ability to gather information and create an action plan
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively
