About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program designed for early-career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Interns will develop skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also offers opportunities for networking and professional development to expand your network and build transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• AI Products: Serve as a core member on company-level AI initiatives from concept to launch, including industry research, product definition, prototype review, user testing, and post-launch data analysis.
• DeFi (Stablecoin) Products: Track market trends, leading competitors, and on-chain data; produce decision-ready research memos. Contribute to product design, write PRDs, follow projects through development and launch, and support early-stage ecosystem partnership conversations.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: Coordinate across multiple parallel workstreams by driving alignment on goals, pacing, and risks to keep complex projects on track.
• Decision Support: Help produce internal and external materials, including bilingual (CN/EN) writing and translation, and deliver industry/data insights that directly inform business decisions.
• AI Tool Utilization: Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as a daily working habit to scale personal output.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Finance or Computer Science (or related); senior undergrad or graduate students preferred. Dual-degree (Finance + CS/AI) is a plus.
• Fully bilingual in Chinese and English—able to write memos, emails, and meeting notes independently in both languages and switch fluently in bilingual settings.
• Genuine interest and a basic understanding of the field. Hands-on trading or on-chain experience preferred, with the ability to clearly explain what you used and the reasoning behind your decisions.
• Strong interest in AI with demonstrable personal projects, demos, writing, or GitHub work. Background in HCI or big-data analytics is a plus.
• Self-directed and structured—able to break down ambiguous problems and move forward independently, with consistent output in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills—able to keep information and progress flowing across multiple teams.

• Entrepreneurial experience, leadership in student organizations, or large-scale event coordination.
• Prior internships at top tech companies, financial institutions, or Web3 projects.
• Public research or writing output (e.g., industry reports, in-depth posts, newsletters).
• Your own perspective on the DeFi space or major crypto products.
