Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding how the organisation can gain value from its technology investments.
- Support senior colleagues in working with stakeholders to ensure technology usage aligns with organisational goals.
- Support across the GDS development lifecycle, including:
- User research in Discovery.
- Addressing adoption barriers.
- Embedding user-centric design in Alpha.
- Creating adoption strategies such as training, communication, and pilots.
- Gathering feedback on usability and adoption in Beta.
- Monitoring adoption in Live, including user satisfaction, value realisation, collecting feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of work plans for implementing new technology solutions.
- Assist in delivering training and provide basic support to employees to help with adoption and usage.
- Gather user feedback, collect data, and report on the success of technology adoption processes.
- Support assessments of current technology usage and contribute to identifying improvement areas.
- Stay informed about best practices, capabilities, and uses of technology to support effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and support interactions with a range of stakeholders internally and within client organisations.
- Support business development by contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams.
- Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology, and point of view activities, and supporting knowledge capture.
Required Clearance
- All applicants must hold a DV (Developed Vetting) clearance to apply.
Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to apply knowledge and expertise across a range of client scenarios, maintaining high quality in high-pressure, time-critical situations.
- Experience in change management, including leadership alignment, stakeholder identification and analysis, detailed change impact assessment, end-user training, and development/execution of organisational change management plans.
- Experience planning training programmes for technology adoption.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Experience managing client relationships, including previous consulting experience.
- Strong end-user interaction skills and ability to build relationships with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple, conflicting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented.
- Experience leading business development activity in the technology adoption space.
Working Pattern
You will be based in Bristol, London, or Manchester with hybrid working. Depending on role requirements, you may work in your local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely. Face-to-face meetings will occur when needed, and you will collaborate and learn from colleagues while prioritising wellbeing.
