About the Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship designed for early-career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Interns will develop skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also includes networking and development opportunities to expand your professional network and build transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflow
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend
• Act as a full-stack “seed learner” within the team—absorb full-stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full-stack engineer
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows
• Contribute to the product lifecycle—from design to deployment and iteration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus
• Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions)
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building end-to-end projects (personal, academic, or internship projects are all welcome)
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts
• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools
• Self-driven attitude—eager to learn and willing to go beyond assigned scope
• Product mindset and curiosity about the “why” behind what you build
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies

• Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects
• Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
• Internship or work experience at startups
• Track record of proactively building internal tools or personal side projects
