Role: Insurance Technician (Claims Support)

We are recruiting for Insurance Technician vacancies in our claims team based in London / Redhill offices. The role includes providing operational support to prospects and clients in relation to healthcare, risk, and pension schemes, including:

• Group Private Medical Insurance
• Group Life Assurance
• Group Income Protection
• Group Personal Pension schemes

Key aspects of the role include:

• Insurance scheme administration, including manipulating data and checking calculations
• Liaising with stakeholders including insurers, clients, and colleagues
• Creating written correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports
• Adhering to processes and maintaining accurate records
