Role responsibilities

• Map validation and development of basic tools
• Work on building up a simulation pipeline
• Annotate and maintain high-quality map information for Autonomous Vehicle
• Plan for routine testing and validation for new maps to comply with requirements set up by the Mapping and Localization team
• Collaborate with the Testing and Simulation team to carry out mapping tests and utilize collected onboard sensor data
• Plan map version deployment and updating on vehicles
• Develop tools for faster map annotation and maintenance

Required experience

• Current student in Diploma/BS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Linux OS environment
• Knowledge and background in Robotics/Automation
• Hands-on experience in Bash, Python, C++, and ROS is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
